Fransisca Kilonzo

Ms Francisca Mutethya Kilonzo was born in September 1986 in the Majimboni location, Kwale County.
She is a County Executive Committee member for Social Services and Talent management at Kwale County Government. She has been the Chief Officer of the same Department since 2018.
Ms Kilonzo is an alumni of Busoga University, Uganda where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Finance ( Banking Option).
She had previously worked in the banking sector and as a Ward Administrator for Kubo South Ward, Kwale County.
Riziki Hamisi Mwasoza
Chief Officer - Social Services & Talent Management
Riziki Hamisi Mwasoza a degree holder for Bachelor of Education (arts) from Kenyatta university. served as a secondary school teacher for many years and hold different responsibilities. Thereafter left teaching career and indulge in administration work upon onset of devolution system of government.
Worked as a ward Administrator of vanga ward and promoted to a sub county Administrator of the larger Lungalunga sub county. Worked with community in matters of women & youth empowerment, Advocacy on child protection, SGBV and poverty eradication programme.
